how big do you think the market is? when was the last time and how many did you buy?
ok consumables are another thing but because the market is small its hard to compete with the established players

Detectortesters do put in a lot of effort as well...their chief physicist spent 3 months at Apollo with a uni grad testing here with our products....these other cheaper products are just sent in asking us to see if they work with the devices....yes a lot of them will set detectors off but they will also damage the sensors too...there are all kinds of chemicals in some of these cans that cause the plastics in the detectors to discolour and become brittle.

How many tests do you get out of a capsule? My testifies runs around 500+ generally

No where near that, i am guessing around 200 - 300 tests but i dont count to be honest...

Hey Dan,

Very light compared to the Testifire 2000 and 1000, only down side is if you come across heats, also you get the purple LED's evry now and then, which means you have to remove the battery and replace it, to reset the unit.

Purple leds are meant to mean smoke generator fault but i dont think that is the problem, as the power down sorts it. Paul may correct me on that.
