EM Vents - Advanced MxPro5

Hi 
I have a few sites that i maintain that have AOV systems installed, these are EM Vent systems that use a 2 loop advanced MxPro5 panel. The problem im having is that neither EM Vents or Advanced will give me the access code so i can sort out the faults and take a download from the panel.
Is anybody on this forum able to help?

Forgot to say that the default engineer codes have been changed.

If you can get the building owner/ manager to speak to advanced then they will supply the backdoor code to the building owner/manager. Or you could get the company to come in and change the code back to the default?

How many devices?? You could flash it and re-program it. 

Service tool download will give you device and zone text. Or if panel has a printer (or use hyper terminal) just print out inputs and outputs

Install company wont supply the codes, the electrical engineer from the local authority asked. They just want to be paid to attend callouts. 
Because the system is being used for smoke vents there is a lot of C&E, i was just hoping someone might know the code to save me reverse engineering what they have done and re writing the C&E.

Advanced wont help, they say its a registered code so they cant supply it. Not sure how these people (advanced and installer) would stand if the tower block went up in flames and the vents didn't open (which they wont).

Looks like i'm in the deep end.

The building manager/ owner can get the backdoor code from advanced even if it is registered to another company. We have done it a few times before. We contact advanced and get the client in on the email trail and that normally does it.

I had One once that Advanced gave me the backdoor code for and it had been changed to ......1234 !!! So obvious I didn’t try it!!!

That would be me. overlook the obvious ones. But yes i tried combinations of their phone numbers etc.
