Hello


Can anyone recommend a site they are using that is similar or maybe Panda-docs that is easy and not a massive costs please?

Its to stop sending out paper SM contracts and email instead.

I use DocuSign. It’s a bit cumbersome and basic on the low subscription tarriff but it works well enough for me.

Its a bit annoying that you can’t save basic email templates, so I’ve got a word document with pre-written paragraphs to cut and paste into the email before the ‘envelope’ is sent.

Plus, I’ve found that sending an email from my recognised address explaining that the customer will be getting an email from DocuSign with the agreement attached helps the process, so the client doesn’t ignore a random email from a company they don’t recognise.
