how to Know the panel Status .

HAi Friends anyone help to me ....

we looking for fire alarm monitoring system .

We have different type of company, different type of panel,and diferent make fire alarm system around 200 panel in different location in our country. every panel possible can get 4 outputs through relay contacts.from internet protocal function .Server net communication (IP) through need to monitor.how to do this . I expect replay from your side with technical details

we already tried auto dialler .... but that operation failure .no of we can't manage it .
