I bloody hope not...!!!

We are not mechanically minded, we don't design install or maintain any part of the gas side of it. Our input stops at the solenoid and pressure switches !

We've never been trained to service a cylinder and we wouldn't be confident or competent - we leave that to G8 - our BAFE and F-gas accredited sub-contractor.

Hence my argument with these people that there's no point in us being F gassed up !

Ah,ha - elementary my Dear Watson,my point exactly.Thats my whole take of the actual DEPRA guidence notes and my arguement to the customer that I get an approved sub in (as you do) to check the cylinder,the pressure guage and the pressure switch.
Has this been raised on the "other side " yet??I have stopped going there because it's getting harder to find than a married mother in a council estate!
